Based in Bristol, Turner have been an unstoppable force in the alternative and indie scene across the south west of the UK. The band consists of Molly Dibley (Vocals and Keys), Finlay Dawes (Vocals and Guitar) and Jake Dawes (Drums). Since their debut single release back in December 2016, the eclectic three piece has had the pleasure of playing alongside some great bands such as Crazy Town, UKID and Decade, across some historic venues like the Cheese and Grain (Frome) and The Exchange (Bristol). With explosive songs and catchy hooks, Turner are guaranteed to make your feet move and your body shake! Having founded the band off of the bones of a teenage punk-rock project, Turner went into the studio in August 2016 after a summer of experimental writing, aiming to push themselves out of their comfort zone, as well write music they would love to listen to. Having started the summer with a tentative acoustic set on a small stage at the world-renowned Glastonbury festival, a fire had been lit under them, and ambition was coursing through them. This was the beginning of something exciting. Launching their project on social media in October, they began to generate interest amongst their close friends, and those on the local music scene, but it wasn't until the release of their debut single "Velvet Bubblegum" in December-along with music video- that a hype began to build around them. Reaching over ten thousand views across all platforms, within the first week of release, the reception of their new project was far beyond anything they could have imagined. Turner are: Molly Dibley - Vocals and Keys Finlay Dawes - Vocals and Guitar Jacob Dawes - Drums
